Transition & Transformation Coordinator

About the role

You will support the Transition & Transformation Lead in managing assigned projects through mobilisation, transition and transformation phases. This includes helping with RFP responses, preparing detailed project plans, identifying risks and mitigation strategies, and assisting with service implementation and handover. You will also support change management and service improvement programmes, and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The role requires strong project management and organisational skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality outputs within deadlines.

Requirements

• Diploma/NITEC in Facilities Management, Engineering, Real Estate, Project Management, Business or related discipline
• 2-3 years of experience in facilities management, workplace transformation, project coordination, transition management or related field
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented and solution-driven with strong analytical skills
