Transition Coordinator

About the role

Support the transition and transformation services team by helping to respond to RFPs and prepare project plans. Assist in designing and managing transition protocols, processes and outcomes, and track performance against approved plans. Identify potential risks and help develop mitigation strategies. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, contractors and consultants, to deliver transition activities on schedule. Manage your own tasks and priorities to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality outputs.

Requirements

• Diploma or NITEC in Facilities Management, Engineering, Real Estate, Project Management, Business or related discipline
• 2–3 years of experience in facilities management, workplace transformation, project coordination or transition management
• Strong project management and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented and solution-driven
