Create a change and communication plan that accounts for multifunctional and multicultural contexts
Identify regional transversal projects and track delivery and milestones
Work independently on projects from conception to completion and within transversal teams
Act as regional Finance focal point for global Finance projects with central Finance
Identify improvement needs across Finance functions and countries
Lead and sponsor activities to define, organise, control, improve, sustain and measure business performance and customer value
Challenge existing solutions with new perspectives and push for standard solutions while considering specific needs
