About the role

An internship with SATS Gateway Services at AirFreight Terminal 5, supporting the treasury accounting and cashiering function. It suits a finance or accounting student or recent graduate who is organised, careful with numbers and comfortable working with accounting systems.

What you'll do

Support the bookkeeping process for payable and receivable invoices
Prepare month-end closing in line with legal and financial standards
Help with data collection, information analysis, documentation and checking of supporting documents
Help prepare reports for management
Take on other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Work location is SATS Cargo Terminal AFT5

Requirements

Studying for or holding a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a related field
Detail-oriented and well-organised
Knowledge of SFRS accounting and financial reporting principles and practices, especially consolidation
Proficient in MS Office and Xero or similar accounting software
Good written and verbal English and communication skills
Flexible and able to work independently or in a team
