About the role

Manage an existing book of trust accounts alongside a Trust Officer, covering revocable and irrevocable trusts, both discretionary and directed. Handle the administration and paperwork for the day-to-day running of trust structures. Ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal procedures, including identifying and reporting risks to the Senior Risk Committee. Communicate effectively with Trust Officers, senior management and internal and external stakeholders on all trust administration matters.

Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of working experience
• Preferably experience in trust management and administration
• Good written and spoken communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills and a team player
• Quick learner and meticulous
• Bachelor's or university degree or equivalent experience
