University Recruiting Manager

About the role

Lead and develop a team of University Recruiters while owning the strategy and delivery of intern and new graduate hiring across Stripe. Partner with senior leaders and hiring teams to understand workforce needs and meet ambitious hiring goals. Lead global internship and apprenticeship programs, including onboarding, intern experience, program operations, and employee-relations escalations. Build and improve the end-to-end candidate experience in partnership with cross-functional teams. Use people analytics and recruiting data to identify patterns, measure performance, and inform decisions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of recruiting experience, including designing and delivering a university recruiting strategy or major early talent initiative at a high-growth or complex organization
• 5+ years of people management experience
• Proven record of leading and developing University Recruiting professionals
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to bring clarity to ambiguous, multi-stakeholder problems
• Excellent communication and influencing skills to earn trust with leaders at every level
• High degree of ownership, rigorous work ethic, and ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities
