Own generative and evaluative research across the merchant lifecycle and developer experience. Plan and prioritise a research roadmap across three clusters based on decisions that need evidence. Use mixed methods including interviews, usability testing, surveys, and behavioural or funnel analysis with Data. Translate findings into product decisions and influence PMs and designers through evidence rather than authority. Maintain a lightweight insight repository and a practical model for democratising research while protecting rigor on high-stakes questions. Report to the Product Design & UX Director for Customer Lifecycle and work across all three clusters.
