What you'll do

Define the technical strategy for the agentic AI platform, covering orchestration, agent design patterns, memory management, model gateway and developer tooling.
Set standards and reference architectures for how agents are built on Copilot Studio, Gemini Enterprise and other common platforms adopted by the firm.
Own the platform roadmap and keep it aligned with near-term delivery needs and longer-term technology direction.
Work with cybersecurity and enterprise architecture teams to define and agree security controls for agentic systems, including access management, data handling and audit logging.
Ensure platform-level monitoring gives visibility into agent behaviour, performance and potential risks.
Maintain a clear view of compliance and governance requirements as the platform scales across business units.
Partner with the digital fluency team to make platform capabilities accessible to a broader set of citizen developers across the firm.
Act as a go-to person for teams building on the agentic platform, providing guidance on patterns, tooling and best practices.
Communicate platform decisions and trade-offs clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Track developments in the agentic AI ecosystem, including new frameworks, models and platform capabilities, and turn these into actionable recommendations.
Evaluate emerging tools and patterns for relevance to Temasek's context and advise on when to adopt, monitor or defer.
