Vice President, Field CISO Financial Services, Asia Pacific

About the role

Serve as a trusted cybersecurity advisor to senior customer executives such as CISOs, CIOs, CROs and Boards across Asia Pacific. Provide strategic guidance on cybersecurity, cyber resilience, fraud, digital trust, risk management and emerging technologies. Lead executive briefings, advisory sessions and strategic customer engagements, and represent Mastercard at industry conferences and CISO communities. Partner with Sales, Product and Engineering teams to align security solutions with enterprise needs and support business growth. Develop executive-level content and advise Mastercard leaders on industry trends, cyber threats and emerging risks.

Requirements

• Leadership experience in cybersecurity, information security, technology risk or related fields
• Experience as a CISO, Deputy CISO, Chief Security Officer or equivalent senior cybersecurity leader
• Proven ability to advise executive stakeholders on cybersecurity strategy, risk, resilience and transformation
• Experience working directly with large enterprise customers and executive-level decision makers
• Strong executive presence with ability to influence C-suite and Board-level stakeholders
• Exceptional communication skills with ability to simplify complex technical concepts
