About the role

This role leads creative content for a fashion brand, shaping its identity across advertising, marketing, digital, editorial, events and CRM. You will work with marketing and creative content leads to produce engaging work for all platforms. It suits an experienced creative professional who is passionate about fashion culture and innovation.

What you'll do

Drive creative ideation and execution for marketing, social campaigns, activations and content to meet marketing goals
Develop and own the creative approach, covering design, art direction, video motion graphics, AR/VR, gamification, partnerships and collaborations
Work with functional and market leads to create and drive content strategy across channels and media
Manage and mentor a team of designers and photographers to maintain creative excellence and brand identity

Keep the brand identity central and consistent across all creative projects and platforms globally

Structure and deliver creative presentations internally and externally

Champion new creative talent within the industry

Identify partnership and collaboration opportunities with brands and talent that align with brand values

Partner with team producers to establish production approaches, processes and schedules

Build relationships with external agencies and partners

Analyse campaign performance, market trends, consumer needs and the competitive landscape to inform the team's work

Act as a creative thought leader for the team, working with Creative Content, photographers, media designers, UI/UX designers, internal stakeholders and senior leaders

Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Willingness to work after office hours and on weekends if required
Comfortable and willing to travel overseas

Requirements

Extensive experience in conceptual creative work, art direction and graphic design in a senior creative role (minimum 5+ years in fashion advertising agency, brand or creative environment)
Experience in business and digital performance channels, including digital marketing, editorial, photography and multimedia
Demonstrable experience leading and delivering a broad range of creative projects (brand campaigns, activations, moving images, design systems, events, digital content, motion graphics, print and social campaigns)
Highly skilled motion designer capable of creating outstanding creative designs and assets for traditional and digital marketing
Understanding of digital asset production at scale, post-production workflows and technical requirements of digital marketing assets (e.g., video formats, email templates, quality standards)
Familiarity with social media, new digital formats and trends
