About the role

This role sits with the Brand team at Marina Bay Sands, an integrated resort, and focuses on creating photo and video content that captures the property's hotel, dining, entertainment, retail, lifestyle and event experiences. It suits a storyteller who can switch between polished brand work and quick, authentic social-first pieces, and who is comfortable shooting independently in busy environments. The team is looking for someone curious and experienced who can translate the scale of an iconic destination into content that feels personal and shareable.

What you'll do

Shoot and edit photo and video across hotel, dining, entertainment, retail, lifestyle and event experiences
Develop story-led content concepts for social media, digital marketing and brand channels
Work independently on location, capturing planned and spontaneous content in fast-paced settings, productions and live events
Provide full event coverage, from pre-event preparation and live photography and videography to key moments, stakeholder engagements and post-event delivery
Edit to a high standard, including colour correction, sound design and pacing for platform-specific formats
Collaborate with the Art Director and wider creative team to keep content aligned with brand guidelines, storytelling objectives and campaign goals
Keep up with social and digital content trends, formats and platform best practices, and adapt storytelling accordingly
Support larger campaign and brand shoots with behind-the-scenes coverage, supplementary capture and real-time social content
Manage content organisation, metadata tagging, archiving and asset delivery according to team workflows, brand standards and deadlines

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience as a content creator, videographer or photographer
A strong portfolio or reel that shows storytelling ability
Strong technical skills in photography and videography, including shooting and editing on traditional and mobile-first formats
A natural storyteller with an instinct for narrative, pacing and emotional resonance in short-form content
Proficiency with editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom or equivalent
Comfortable working independently and managing multiple shoots and deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
