Act as the main point of contact for VIP guests, providing a warm and personalised hosting experience. Build and maintain relationships with new and returning VIP guests to encourage repeat visits and loyalty. Proactively drive revenue through table and bottle sales while meeting individual sales targets. Work closely with Operations, Bar, and Floor teams to ensure smooth VIP table service. Engage new guests to identify potential VIP clientele, and handle feedback or concerns professionally, escalating when needed. Represent the brand's image and service standards at all times.
