About the role

A senior leadership role based in the Seletar office, sitting within the Aftermarket Operations organisation and reporting to the SVP Customer – Global Operations. You will own the operational relationships with airline customers across the region, working closely with Customer Service Centres, Value Streams and Aftermarket Operations to deliver On-Wing and Off-Wing services. This position suits an experienced operations leader who thrives in a high-pressure, fast-changing aviation environment.

Manage customer stakeholders, up to and including CEOs, and build the day-to-day operational relationship to drive customer satisfaction.

Anticipate and reduce risks to customer fleet health by working closely with Overhaul bases and the Planning and Control organisation.

Drive the Experience Excellence transformation theme to support world-class delivery of Aftermarket Operations services.

Lead a regional team of Customer Operations managers, officers and airline support staff, with a focus on safety, people development and engagement.

Serve as an industry leader in the region as part of the Customer Regional Senior Leadership team and be active externally in MRO and aviation circles.

Requirements

At least 15 years of experience in customer operations, operations excellence or transformation roles
Strong stakeholder management skills, including managing senior internal and external stakeholders to achieve customer satisfaction
Resilience and balance under high pressure
Strong delivery mindset with a track record of high performance in a challenging, changing environment
Demonstrated experience leading and developing diverse teams and building effective working relationships
Global outlook and passion for driving change in an evolving, growing environment
