Deliver structured exercise and frailty interventions under the Frailty Management Programme and Gym Tonic to help seniors build strength, balance, mobility, and independence. Conduct assessments, lead individual and group sessions, monitor vital signs and safety, and adjust exercise intensity based on participant capability. Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with PDPA, and support programme evaluation. Guide participants on safe equipment use, perform daily equipment checks, and maintain a clean and safe exercise environment. Work with programme staff and senior volunteers to support integrated service delivery.
