Workplace Event Ambassador

About the role

You will be the first point of contact for daily workplace event operations at client offices, managing events end to end from setup and dismantling to VIP security clearance and event communications. You will coordinate on-site and remote events, including securing spaces, managing AV setup and takedown, greeting guests, and liaising with catering or logistics teams. You will also support meeting rooms and bookable spaces, conduct daily walkthroughs, and work closely with facilities, security and workplace teams across three Singapore sites. The role may require after-hours coverage when needed.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in office coordination, hospitality, facilities, or workplace operations
• Strong operational mindset and passion for employee experiences
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities with attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and comfort using CMMS or help desk platforms
• Proactive, positive, solutions-oriented attitude
