Workplace Event Lead

About the role

Lead a team of Workplace Ambassadors to plan, coordinate and run workplace events that boost employee engagement and company culture. Manage a portfolio of corporate events including town halls, leadership summits, awards ceremonies, wellness initiatives and cultural celebrations across multiple offices. Handle event budgets, vendor negotiations, logistics, catering and audio-visual needs. Work closely with facilities, engineering, IT, communications and client stakeholders, and act as the main point of escalation for event issues. Ensure all events meet health and safety and data privacy standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in soft facilities management, hospitality management, marketing & communications or related field
• Minimum Diploma in Hospitality Management, Facilities Management, Business Administration or equivalent
• Strong operational mindset and passion for employee experiences
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities with attention to detail
