Workplace Experience Coordinator

About the role

You will be the face of the workplace, creating a welcoming and seamless experience for employees and visitors. You will provide day-to-day support, ensure workplace spaces are ready for use, and proactively resolve issues to maintain a positive and productive work environment. You will deliver exceptional customer service, provide workplace support and wayfinding assistance, and ensure meeting rooms, workstations, and common areas are employee-ready. You will conduct workplace walkthroughs, report maintenance or facilities issues, and respond to enquiries and troubleshoot workplace concerns. You will also build strong relationships with employees and stakeholders, gather feedback, and support employee engagement and workplace well-being initiatives.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in hospitality, customer service, retail, co-working, workplace experience, or a similar environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Professional, approachable, and service-oriented
