Workplace Experience Manager/Lead

About the role

Lead a team of workplace and event ambassadors, helpdesk and security admin, and soft services vendors to manage daily workplace operations. Oversee soft services, event management, helpdesk, and security functions, and ensure facilities and services run smoothly. Manage site budgets, contracts, vendor performance, and compliance with health and safety standards. Handle emergency evacuation procedures, crisis management, and business continuity plans. Provide 24/7 emergency call support and site attendance when required.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant management experience in facilities management, soft facilities services, hospitality management, or related field
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Building Services or equivalent
• Knowledge of vendor management
• Strong operational budget management and financial skills
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Experience managing cleaning, landscaping, concierge, and event coordination
