When
Welcome guests and visitors warmly, assisting with arrivals, departures and office orientations. Act as a central point of contact, providing information and wayfinding for the campus, services and activities. Monitor and maintain the front desk, lobby and surroundings so they stay safe, clean and organised. Handle badging for employees, visitors and third-party providers, and raise work orders for custodial, maintenance, safety and security issues. Work with facilities and other teams to prepare for meetings and events, and escalate any risks or concerns. Provide ad hoc administrative support as needed.
