You will liaise closely with customers and the operations team on order fulfilment, inventory and shipment activities. You will provide feedback to customers on operational issues and coordinate with them to resolve problems. You will generate KPIs and transactional reports for internal and external customers on a timely basis. You will also verify vendor invoices, monitor warehouse supplies and raise purchase orders for replenishment. You will coordinate urgent order fulfilment with customers, operations and transporters, and ensure system transactions are updated accurately and on time. Other duties may be assigned by your manager.
