About the role

A manufacturing role supporting automated production lines at a Singapore advanced manufacturing facility in Pioneer. You will work with cross-functional teams and engineers to keep line performance, quality and safety on track. It suits hands-on technical people with automated line experience who are comfortable with shift work.

What you'll do

Monitor production line performance such as yield and quality checks, working with cross-functional teams to sustain it
Carry out first-level troubleshooting and root-cause investigation when rejections or non-conformance incidents occur
Support engineers with daily production issues and continuous improvement work
Run engineering builds and trials following defined procedures
Perform basic defect checks and process verification as guided

Record process data and observations accurately and on time

Contribute to simple process improvements for better quality and efficiency

Provide on-the-job training to operators based on work instructions

Follow safety rules and keep the work area clean and organised (5S)

Good to know

Shift work and overtime may be required
Based at the Singapore Advanced Manufacturing facility in Pioneer

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in an automated line environment
ITC or Diploma in Mechatronic, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Willing to work shifts and overtime when required
Able to distinguish coloured wires, signals, indicators or labels
Basic knowledge of manufacturing machines and equipment
Basic Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
