About the role
Join the Product Supply (Supply Chain) team at a large consumer goods company's Singapore Pioneer Plant for a six-month internship. You'll work on real supply chain and manufacturing problems alongside full-time colleagues, with coaching and mentorship along the way. It suits students from engineering, science or business operations backgrounds who enjoy analytical problem solving.
What you'll do
Reduce process variability and losses using data analysis and technical knowledge
Design, set up and maintain systems that collect and analyse data on key product and process parameters
Cut prioritised losses by implementing changes to making or packing processes and work systems
Apply reliability engineering tools to improve centre-line performance and eliminate losses
Share and reapply learning across processes, modules and plants

Opportunity to convert to a full-time role after successfully completing the internship
Requirements
Working towards a Bachelor's or Master's degree
Penultimate year student graduating between December 2027 and July 2028
Strong analytical and thinking skills applied to business processes
