Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the Enterprise Quality Management System and ISO 9001 certification across Asia Pacific sites, including air, cold stores and cold chain logistics. Conduct internal quality audits and deliver quality awareness and training programmes. Maintain a regional register of external certifications such as ISO, TAPA, SQAS, GxP and GFSI. Partner with regional and global stakeholders to promote quality governance, compliance and operational excellence. Monitor and report quality KPIs and performance metrics to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
