About the role
A senior design role in a HairCare and Beauty Design Studio based at the Singapore general office. You will shape brand visuals and consumer-facing experiences, working closely with the Design Director, in-house creatives and external agencies. It suits an experienced, detail-focused designer who can lead projects and work well with others.
What you'll do
Create concepts for packaging, digital and brand identity touchpoints together with internal and external teams
Lead initiatives from design strategy through to execution, explaining consumer needs and business context
Turn consumer insights and business needs into appealing, compliant design solutions
Take a strategic approach to design and branding with an entrepreneurial, problem-solving mindset
Work autonomously on complex projects as an independent leader and thinker
Apply strong aesthetic judgement, attention to detail and awareness of trends and culture
Work methodically and meet deadlines
Own design priorities including work processes, budgets and stewardship
Deliver on-brand, elevated, high-quality designs and help team members perform at their best

Works alongside the in-house team and agencies
Requirements
Degree in Design or a related field
8–15 years of experience as a Senior Designer or in a similar role
Strong portfolio showing design skills and strategic thinking
Familiar with Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign; After Effects, Premiere Pro and 3D are a plus
Experience leading a team and managing external agency partners
Strong project management, communication and storytelling skills
