You will keep vehicles clean and in good working condition, and make sure preventive maintenance and servicing are done on time. You will report faults and defects promptly, and co-ordinate transport requests including patient transfers to other hospitals or institutions. You will also assist patients and visitors with directions and wheelchairs, and report any service gaps to the Maintenance and Housekeeping departments. You may take part in ambulance exercises and drills, as well as ad hoc deployment exercises. You will also support the Supervisor with projects, service improvement activities, and manpower planning and rostering.
