About the role
This role sits within GovTech and supports SportSG, driving digital products that serve SportSG's mission and business goals. You will lead product direction, roadmaps and delivery while working closely with stakeholders, agency partners, designers and engineers. It suits an experienced product leader who enjoys mentoring others and building products for public good.
What you'll do
- Set product vision, strategy, roadmap and value proposition in line with organisational priorities
- Lead stakeholder engagement and partner collaboration to align on product success
- Run product discovery using user research, market analysis, data insights and experimentation
- Own the product backlog, prioritisation, requirements and delivery outcomes across the lifecycle
- Track product performance and use analytics to guide decisions and improvements
- Balance delivery speed with long-term sustainability, scalability and technical excellence
- Ensure operational stability by overseeing maintenance, enhancements and issue resolution
- Coach and develop product managers and establish product management practices and standards
- Support talent acquisition and capability building for the product management function

Requirements
- At least 7 years of product management experience with a strong delivery record
- Experience leading, coaching and developing product teams
- Expertise in product strategy, roadmap management, analytics and user-centric design
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and data-driven decision-making skills
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities
- Demonstrates ownership, innovation, agility and a growth mindset
