When
Support the Branch Manager in daily branch operations, including staff deployment, outlet management and cash reconciliation. Handle public feedback and staff issues, and ensure good customer service standards. Monitor staff attendance, overtime claims, incentive payments, relief counter and stock management. Provide ground feedback to HQ and supervise branch staff performance. Mentor staff through on-the-job training and coaching.
