Drive and close sales with a proactive hunting approach
Manage daily sales activities
Build and maintain relationships with business generators, meeting and convention planners, visitor and convention bureaus, corporate accounts, government departments and other hotel-related partners
Monitor competitor activity and support marketing intelligence
Plan and run familiarisation tours and site inspections
Carry out other duties as assigned

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent education and work experience
2 to 3 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
Able to interact well with clients, employees and third parties in a way that reflects positively on the hotel, brand and company
Strong problem solving and reasoning skills
Motivated with a drive to succeed
