Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations and balance sheet substantiation.
Support the Accounting Manager during financial closing, keeping work accurate, complete and on schedule.
Coordinate with other departments so accounting records stay accurate.
Help put together monthly financial reports and analysis.
Supervise and guide Payables and General Ledger team members so workflows run smoothly and output stays high quality.
Prepare journal entries following the Hilton Chart of Accounts, the Uniform System of Accounts for Lodging Industry and Singapore Financial Reporting Standards.
Help reconcile suppliers' monthly statements against the hotel's accounts payable records.
Support ongoing improvements to systems and procedures.
Make sure accounting policies, SOPs and internal controls are followed.
