When
You will set up and run systems and processes for the Patient Liaison Service unit. Your work covers the full journey for non-resident, private and VVIP/VIP/CIP patients, including appointment and financial processes. You will also oversee right-siting of patients to primary care partners. You will lead the team, set service standards, maintain SOPs and work with SingHealth partners on engagement sessions. You will drive continuous improvement to give patients, clinicians and administrators a smooth experience.
