Manage the end-to-end internal communications portfolio for the Division across multiple clusters. Develop and execute internal communication strategies, leadership messages, staff announcements and engagement content. Partner with senior leaders to translate business objectives into clear, audience-centric communications. Lead employee feedback platforms and engagement channels, tracking and analysing feedback and sentiment. Plan and execute employee engagement campaigns, events and initiatives, and manage communication calendars and dashboards.
