Provide high-level analysis for planning and for approaches to implementing initiatives
Handle solution sizing, estimation and project forecasting
Support audit reviews and exercises
Run RFP and vendor evaluation with the Product Owner to meet bank technical standards
Act as a senior escalation point for technical issues

Work with the Product Owner to align technical solutions with prioritised backlogs

Ensure compliance with application security and regulatory standards

Proactively identify and address potential risks
Follow bank compliance guidelines and standards, including data protection
Align product and solution development with enterprise architecture and standards
Maintain consistent technical practices across squads
Lead governance of application and platform technical standards
Address ESDLC tech compliance requirements through the delivery lifecycle
Represent the subdomain in architecture forums and steer vendor solutions to organisational standards

Identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters

Carry out other duties assigned under Grou Requirements 10+ years in software engineering, with a proven track record as an Engineering Lead or Solution Lead in large-scale enterprise settings Strong understanding of Wealth and Retail Banking and Wealth solutions Proven ability to drive enterprise-level implementations with strong technical depth and hands-on involvement Strong expertise in solutioning and architecture design, translating business needs into scalable, secure and compliant technology solutions Deep understanding of SDLC and Agile/Lean methodologies, with experience delivering complex initiatives in Agile environments Solid experience with API-led architecture, microservices and integration technologies such as MQ, Kafka and Solace Apply on the company website
