When
Provide complete service support to private banking clients, including resolving complex client inquiries. Support the Banker with day-to-day documentation such as account opening and closing, and loan disbursals. Organise client and prospect meetings, including pre-call planning, post-meeting notes and call records. Assist the Banker in profiling, qualifying and converting prospects into private bank clients, and in deepening existing relationships through analysis. Help create sales and marketing strategies focused on investments, and support prospecting, lead generation and client events. Track revenue and deal pipeline accurately, and ensure KYC/AML documentation is complete and up to date.
