When
You will keep guest rooms and public areas clean and tidy, and make sure everything is presented well. Your duties include cleaning rooms, replenishing amenities and supplies, and checking for defects or missing items. You will update room cleaning status, handle lost and found items, and keep the housekeeping cart clean and stocked before and after each shift. You will also attend to guests' requests and concerns on the floor in a professional and respectful manner. You must follow hygiene, security and workplace safety rules, and be physically fit to lift heavy loads such as mattresses.
