Perform housekeeping duties on shift, including check-in and check-out, cleaning rooms and public areas, and replenishing amenities and supplies. Inspect rooms and public areas, report defects and missing items, and update room status after completing tasks. Handle lost and found items and keep cleaning carts clean and stocked. Respond to guest requests, concerns and feedback, and follow grooming, hygiene, safety and emergency procedures.
