When
You will plan and run daily banquet operations, covering weddings, seminars, MICE events, social lunches and dinners, and buffet or set menus. You will set up events according to the Banquet Event Order, keep coffee breaks and buffet areas clean and presentable, and check that supplies and equipment are well stocked. You will engage guests, gather feedback, and handle complaints promptly and tactfully. You will also train team members and casual labour, maintain hygiene and temperature logs, and inspect the banquet area for defects or safety issues. You will attend briefings and trainings and follow hotel safety and emergency procedures.
