When
You will deliver guest luggage and items promptly and in a friendly manner, and orient guests on room facilities. You will attend to guest requests, work closely with the Doorman and Bell Captains, and help with group luggage logistics. You may also perform Doorman duties, manage driveway traffic, and handle night-shift tasks such as wake-up calls and amenity deliveries. You must maintain the hotel's grooming standards and provide information and assistance to guests at all times.
