Bell Service Agent - Conrad Singapore Marina Bay

About the role

You will welcome guests at the hotel entrance and help them with their luggage, including loading, unloading, tagging, storing and delivering bags. You will escort guests to their rooms and explain room amenities and emergency procedures. You will also handle mail, messages, parcels and newspapers, and coordinate taxi and transportation arrangements. You will work closely with the Bell Captain, Concierge and Front Office to ensure smooth guest service. You must maintain a professional appearance and follow hotel safety policies.

• Ability to provide warm and attentive service in a busy hotel environment
• Good attention to detail when handling guest luggage and personal belongings
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Ability to handle, move and transport guest luggage safely
