When
You will greet and welcome guests at the main entrance, using their names whenever possible. You will liaise with the front desk for arrivals and departures, help with driveway management, and open and close vehicle doors. You will handle the collection and delivery of guest luggage and equipment promptly. You will also provide information and assistance to guests, keep the entrance and baggage room clean, and help the concierge book taxis. You will alert Security or the Duty Manager about any suspicious persons or items in the lobby, and maintain full knowledge of hotel products and services.
