When
Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality and presentation standards. Regulate oven, broiler, grill and roaster temperatures, and thaw frozen food properly. Ensure correct portioning, arrangement and garnishing, and maintain food logs. Monitor food quality and quantity, and inform the Chef about excess items for daily specials. Communicate menu specials and out-of-stock items to service staff, and assist during busy periods. Follow safety and hygiene policies, keep a clean and professional appearance, and support the team.
