About the role
This role is based at a residential development in Singapore, where you will be the main point of contact at the front desk. You will support residents, visitors and the management team with reception, administrative and facility-related tasks. It suits someone who is professional, organised and comfortable handling multiple duties in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll do
Greet residents, visitors and guests politely and professionally
Manage the main reception desk as the first point of contact
Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries to the right person
Receive and distribute parcels, registered mail and deliveries to residents
Keep parcel collection logs and follow proper handover procedures
Handle resident inquiries about estate matters, facilities and services
Process and forward complaints or feedback to the Management Team
Maintain accurate records of incidents, complaints and service requests
Issue and manage access cards and parking labels
Update resident contact information and directories
Monitor proper use of facilities and report any damages
Coordinate with contractors and service providers entering the premises
Circulate notices, circulars and announcements to residents
Relay urgent messages to residents when needed
Liaise between residents and the management team
Respond to emergencies following established SOPs
Contact emergency services such as police, ambulance or fire department
Alert the Residence Manager and relevant authorities during emergencies
Provide information about the development, nearby amenities and services
Maintain a professional and helpful demeanor at all times
Ensure the reception area is clean, organised and presentable
Keep resident information confidential
Complete daily handover reports for the next shift
Attend training sessions and briefings as required
Perform any other duties assigned by the Residence Manager
Good to know
Morning shift: 8.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m.
Evening shift: 12.00 p.m. to 8.00 p.m.
Alternate 5-day and 6-day work weeks
On-site role in Singapore
