About the role

This role is based in the passenger terminals at Changi Airport, serving guests in an airline lounge. You will deliver food and beverage service in a refined setting, keeping service flowing smoothly and maintaining hygiene and service standards. It suits people who enjoy guest-facing work and are comfortable with rotating shifts.

What you'll do

Learn the lounge's food and beverage menu, including the Singapore Hawker Fair offerings
Explain allergens and dietary restrictions to guests accurately

Prepare and polish glassware, silverware and crockery before service

Set up service stations, dining tables and event carts to standard

Greet and escort guests using the required service phrasing

Take orders and serve and present dishes professionally and promptly

Keep tables clean and service flowing between courses

Clear and reset tables efficiently

Help with runner duties when needed

Enter orders into the lounge system, complete daily reports and shift handovers, and assist with inventory checks

Uphold safety, housekeeping and hygiene standards

Handle special requests, service recovery for delays or disruptions, and unique passenger needs with discretion

Report and follow up on guest feedback or incidents promptly

Follow PDPA and Airport Pass Directive protocols in all interactions

Requirements

Able to commit to a 6-day work week on rotating shifts (24/7), including weekends and public holidays
Good command of English, both written and spoken
Neat and well-groomed appearance with a professional demeanor
Team-oriented with a strong service mindset
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Prior food and beverage or hospitality experience is an advantage
