About the role

Provide relationship and client service support to Corporate Banking Relationship Managers covering top-tier local corporates and public sector clients. Coordinate client onboarding, account maintenance, KYC reviews, credit administration support and facility availments. Act as a liaison between clients, Relationship Managers, product partners, operations, compliance and risk teams. Monitor and resolve client requests, service issues and escalations to ensure a high-quality client experience.

Requirements

4-8 years of relevant banking experience
Understanding of corporate banking products and services
Experience in account opening, KYC and client onboarding
Familiarity with facility documentation and loan servicing
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, Economics or Accounting
