Assist with counter operations during peak hours to manage workload demand and improve service efficiency. Update dispatch data into the System Control System (SCS) and Excel records. Dispatch buses to bus captains according to requirements. Search for bus locations using the Stratio system. Record and advise bus captains on bus dispatching enquiries, and maintain and update workshop documents.
