About the role

This internship supports CRM work for a luxury watch Maison within a global luxury group, based in Singapore. You will work alongside the Regional CRM Manager and retail boutique teams on client recruitment and retention activities. It suits someone with a real interest in the luxury market who is organised, analytical and comfortable with data.

What you'll do

Help run day-to-day operations on CRM platforms such as Salesforce and The View clienteling app.
Assist with client data work, producing clienteling reports from Salesforce for targeted initiatives like events, birthdays and re-engagement, and handling client reassignment in Salesforce.
Manage data capture and registration sites for local marketing campaigns using group-approved platforms.

Prepare materials for monthly regional CRM review meetings using LOOKER and Salesforce reporting tools.

Help plan and draft local newsletter briefs for regional emailing campaigns.

Build and run clienteling outreach campaigns in the clienteling app.

Support coordination of international, regional and local client and affinity events plus client hospitality visits, working with boutique teams and Headquarters.

Handle administrative tasks such as setting up new vendor accounts in SAP, tracking vendor payments and expenses, planning event programmes and rundowns, and managing invitations and RSVPs.

Create, update and maintain regional CRM documents and trackers, including the SEAO boutique activation and affinity partnership calendar and the in-boutique activation RSVP and gift inventory tracker.

Requirements

Genuine passion for and good knowledge of the luxury market and its clientele
Strong Excel skills for data processing and analysis
PowerPoint skills for proposals and presentations
Good communication and task management skills
Meticulous attention to detail
Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
