Director / Associate Director, Group Rewards

About the role

You will be a key member of the Group Rewards team, reporting to the Head of Group Rewards. Your main focus is on group performance management and asset-management compensation, especially for private-markets businesses. You will develop and run the group performance-management framework and design compensation and incentive programmes. You will also support the annual compensation cycle and provide transaction support for mergers and acquisitions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, Economics or related field
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in compensation and benefits, performance management or executive rewards
• Strong understanding of asset-management industry, preferably alternatives, private markets or private equity
• Knowledge of carried interest, employee co-investment, capital-raising incentives, deferred compensation and long-term incentive programmes
• Experience designing, implementing or administering private-markets incentive programmes
• Experience developing and operating enterprise performance-management frameworks
