Lead workplace transformation and change management initiatives for JLL and its clients, guiding organisations through complex transitions. Partner with senior leadership to design and execute change and communications strategies across impacted teams. Conduct change analysis, document stakeholder needs and risks, and facilitate change champion networks across business lines. Coach senior leaders and develop assessments to measure change readiness, adoption and progress. Monitor implementation timelines, identify resistance and prepare mitigation tactics.
