Director of Food & Beverage (Hilton Singapore Orchard)

About the role

You will oversee all food and beverage operations at the hotel, from menu planning to service delivery. You will lead, train and develop the F&B team, maintain a positive work culture and ensure smooth daily operations. You will handle guest complaints, review service standards and work with other departments for seamless operations. You will also drive revenue by tracking financial metrics, forecasting and controlling costs, and optimising staffing.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior Food & Beverage leadership role
• Strong operational knowledge across restaurant, bar, banquet, and in-room dining services
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and forecasting
• Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and guest engagement
• Flexibility to work across shifts, weekends, and holidays
