You will lead daily briefings and make sure important information reaches the team. You will supervise staff to maintain high service quality and department standards. You will work with the Front Office Manager on guest services and hotel operations, and log all guest issues. You will handle guest needs and complaints, manage full-house and overbooking situations, and make calm decisions during emergencies.
