You will take ownership of Duty Management shifts at a hotel, acting as an ambassador for the hotel's core values. Your duties include maintaining the Duty Log, reporting incidents, and liaising with security and other departments. You will manage arrivals and departures, handle guest requests, and ensure the front desk operates smoothly. You will also oversee upselling, financial procedures, and team compliance with policies.
